Recently, it was announced that Super Junior will be making their first appearance in a Japanese commercial. Not only that, they’re releasing a Japanese version of “BONAMANA” in June as well!

This commercial will be for the popular convenience store chain “Circle K Sunkus,” operating 6,257 stores throughout Japan right now; pretty impressive. The boys are going to promote the chain’s “South Korea Fair” that will be held in all the “Circle K Sunkus” stores from May 17th to June 13th. Fans will be able to purchase many different special food products during that time frame, such as onigiri filled with bulgogi, along with other tasty Korean dishes. The commercial for this will start airing on May 17th, so keep your eyes peeled!

Super Junior will also be singing the theme song for the commercial. Titled “Bijin“, it is simply a Japanese version of their hit song “BONAMANA”! This anticipated song will be the first Japanese single to become available in digital form on May 18, and the CD will hit stores on June 8th.

It is said that the recording with the Japanese lyrics for “Bijin” back in March wasn’t much of a problem for the members and the commercial itself. It had already been filmed in February and took about only one take. How talented and professional, SuJu!

The members said, “We hope that you will get to know us a bit more through our appearance in the commercial and our song ‘Bijin (BONAMANA)’.”

In addition to all of this, Super Junior will be participating in the “The 4th K-Pop Super Live” concert in Chiba on May 15th.

This is a really great opportunity for the boys. Who’s excited for them? I want to hear “Bijin” when it comes out!
