Apparently, the JYJ trio has been blocked from appearing on broadcasts, to the point that it deeply bothered fans. Because of their ongoing lawsuit with SM Entertainment, they acquired means to appear on news programs and dramas, but not music shows. In response to this, on April 27th, JYJ fans furiously launched a newspaper advertisement, showing their intense displeasure with this situation. The tagline was “You’re going to sing on TV? YOU?” followed by the theme: “101 Ways to Block JYJ from Broadcasts.” The design of this ad was meant look like the publication of a book.

The advertisement was launched by a JYJ fan-site,”DNBN.” This site wants to give the advertisement at least two more runs.

This is not really surprising, as JYJ fans have publicly displayed their frustration regarding the ‘censorship’ of JYJ before. Loads of support from all around the world contributed to the cause. Once, Korean and Taiwanese JYJ fans decked out buses and subway stations in support for JYJ. Venezuelan and American fans have had advertisements published in newspapers. By far, the biggest project fans have done for Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu was probably launching an internet broadcasting station for JYJ where fans would run it. The bad news: that website shut down after only four days.

Even though JYJ is continuously having hard times, fans need to stay by their side and cheer them on! Of course, you do not have to do any of the things mentioned in the paragraph above, but wherever you are in the world, you can always help spread the JYJ love. JYJ, fighting!
