It has been reported earlier that the tickets for SM Town Live in Paris concert were sold out within 15 minutes. Unluckily, not all fans were able to buy tickets to the concert as Le Zenith de Paris only holds 6,000 seats.

Due to this, French Kpop fans begun protesting and are calling SM Entertainment to extend the SM Town Live in Paris by adding an additional concert. They have also created a Facebook page and are planning to hold a protest on May 1st at the at the Louvre Museum via a flashmob.

A representative of SM Entertainment however stated, “We heard about the French fans’ protest. This shows the popularity of the groups. Unfortunately, there is no plan for another concert date.”

On April 27th, Korean Connection, a Kpop fanclub in France left a message to other European Kpop fans which read,

Hello,

We are really happy for everyone who will be attending the first “Grand K-pop Concert” in Europe on June 10th. A historic event. Something that was unexpected at the start of this project and will soon become reality.

However, we are also sad about the way things have started out at the ticketing yesterday. We in no way were able to influence the sales and the other problems whatsoever. A lot (too many) of K-Pop fans in Europe found themselves without a ticket. It is very difficult to accept this after all the efforts and the sacrifices that we have all made to get these groups to come.

We have to show SM Entertainment to give us another chance to take better account of European fans. We can sell out (the concerts) without the Americans and the Koreans. And also without the frauds. Isn’t that so???

That is why we are proposing to you a flashmob / fan meeting next Sunday on May 1st at exactly 3PM in front of the Louvre Museum pyramid.

We will be filmed by KBS reporters.

Come by the mass with all of your board signs, your lightsticks, your fan panoplies for the possible chance of having a second (concert) date.
