It has been reported by the Korean media outlets that on May 27th, SG Wannabe’s former member Chae Dong Ha has committed suicide by hanging himself up in his home located at Bulkwang-dong. It was reported by his agency, that Chae Dong Ha has always suffered from depression. He just recently returned home after completing his Japanese promotions, and just this morning, when they couldn’t contact him they immediately called 911 and to later find out that he was pronounced dead on the scene, and the police have already confirmed the identity of his body.

Many are speculating that the reason for his sudden depression was because of the death of his former manager, who passed away two years ago after inhaling gas in a motel room. In his official comeback album, “Essay”, he even wrote a special message to the manager saying, “It was a moment more exciting than my first kiss. My first manager. My consolation, my friend, and my hyung. The moment I met that person, I had received the whole world. As of June 9th, 2009, he is no longer by my side. Half of my heart is still missing. Still. ‘Hyung, you have to be happy, okay? Promise me that you’ll be happy…”

Its truly heartbreaking whenever we hear our beloved idols committing suicide, but all I can say is R.I.P Chae Dong Ha.

guess celebrities feel lonely when they’re alone


This is just too sad. It makes me want to move to SKorea to become an interventionist for people that even think about doing this.  I have saved others from doing this before but it seems they really need something in SKorea because what they have now is not working. May he find peace and may his family be comforted during this hard time.  No ones wants to lose a child.
