The main focus of the “Best Week Ever Awards” is to feature the idol/Asian celeb who has outshone the rest in the past seven days. This week’s award goes to Korean girl group SNSD! The ladies started off the week by appearing on TBS’s Countdown (CDTV) in Japan and treated fans to a short preview of the songs on their upcoming full length Japanese album. Didn’t get enough of the preview? Well, you’re in luck because a fan recorded a 7 minute long preview of all the songs on their album (excluding Gee, Genie and Mr. Taxi) during a listening event at UMJ and a second teaser for the album has also been revealed!

With SNSD’s popularity and beautiful looks, it’s no surprise that they are the queen of endorsements. The ladies recently bagged another endorsement deal with famous tea brand, Lipton, in Japan. If the CFs they released for the brand didn’t show enough of SNSD for you, then not to worry because SNSD might be coming to a city near you this summer! That is, if you live in Asia. The girls have announced they will be holding their second Asia tour concert called, “2011 GIRLS’ GENERATION TOUR,” in July. Their first stop will be in Seoul, Korea and if you’re planning on seeing this show, you should prepare to go to battle as tickets are expected to sell out within minutes!
