Getting a little sick of Coca Cola, Sprite, and all those other American beverages? Well it’s time for some change in your drinks this summer. This list of 10 refreshing asian beverages not only looks good, but taste good too! Most of them are even endorsed by Asian idols too!

Binggrae’s Banana Milk
No this is not like milk2go. Binggrae banana milk is known for its great banana taste and adorable packaging! I’m sure many of us had seen this little drink make appearances in Korean dramas.

Kirin Milk Tea
For those who reside in cities that don’t sell bubbletea, this is the closest thing you can get to milk tea! The packaging looks classy, but the awesome taste of the drink is definitely guaranteed as well!

Momo no Tennen Sui (Peach Natural Water)
If you are looking for something that’s not too sweet, MOMO water is perfect for you! This water has a faint sweet and summery taste of peach in every bottle. The portion is also perfect if you’re looking for a real thirst-quencher.

Tinyi (Cayman Islands) Red Tea
The most popular red tea drink in China! And there’s a reason for its popularity, because it really truly is refreshing! You can pretty much buy this anywhere in China, but you might need to look harder if you want ICY red tea.

Aloe Vera Drink
We often see this drink in a large and satisfying bottle in the supermarkets. In every sip you take, you can nibble on the little aloe vera that’s always floating around in every bottle. When it’s too sweet, add some water!

Pocari Sweat
I’m sure many of us know this drink. Pocari Sweat has always given off a sense of summer, beach, and SWEAT (of course). Perfect after exercising or a long day of tanning on the beach!

Ramune
If you think Japanese drink, you think Ramune. This drink had always confused many children with how to open the drink and with the impossible-to-get marble in the bottle. The best soda around in Asia!

CC Lemon
What’s more summer-y than lemons! CC Lemon is the most representative lemon drink in Asia, and with its commercials (with IDOLS!) and chic packaging, you can’t help but buy it in the summer!

Calpis
This drink is such a rebel! Carbonated drinks are popular? Well Calpis is doing the opposite! Fruity drinks are more thirst-quenching? Yogurt is the way to go! Many people even flavour their shaved ice with this drink. That’s how popular it is.

Vita Lemon Tea
The drink of my childhood, the drink of Hong Kong! Vita has a million flavoured drinks out there (honeydew milk, chocolate, lychee, cucumber…YOU NAME IT!) But their lemon tea will always be one of their best sellers, because it’s that good!

I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely getting thirsty here. From reading this list, I feel like summer is just around the corner! (I’m live in the wet, cold Vancouver, so no, the sun’s not shining yet …)

Would you guys try out some of these drinks?
