I’m proud to announce a fun new tool to our website called, Pixs. Basically, Pixs is a way for people to upload and share photos of their favorite idols. It’s also a convenient way to organize all the millions of photos online into neatly sorted photo albums. I think the best thing about Pixs is that it also keeps track of trends and ranks photos by popularity. Right now there’s about 1000 photos uploaded to Pixs. With the help of the Ningin community - people like you - we hope to build the largest database of Asian idol photos on the planet starting first with KPOP artists. Why don’t you check out Pixs now and then come back and read more about it below.

In many ways, Pixs represents a next generation in our technology. There’s a lot of new and interesting features like Reactions, easy 1-click ways to describe how you feel - “heart”, “lol”, “cool”, and “cute” to name a few - about the photos in Pixs. Reactions will be added to our blogs soon.

Already we have about 1000 photos in Pixs added during the initial testing. However, we know the number will grow into the millions soon enough (not a boast, we already have over 100k photos stored in our blog directory). To help keep organized, Pixs features a unique system of volunteer editors, each assigned to one album such as JYJ, SNSD, Super Junior, Beast, and so on. You can see who the editors are for each album by viewing the album detail page. From there you can also apply to be an album editor, though make sure you read the Editor FAQ before you request to be an editor.

We have some fun events tied to Pixs coming in the next few days. These events have giveaways attached to them so make sure to check Ningin regularly!

Keep in mind that Pixs is a brand new application and as such there’s going to be bugs or other issues early on. Please leave a Support Ticket if you have questions or find a bug.
