With the recent news of BEAST’s Junhyung and KARA’s Goo Hara dating, the KPOP world has been thrown back for yet another crazy ride. Yet with only one month of dating and three times of actually meeting up, you can’t fault the skeptics for doubting this one.

After all, don’t you remember another power celebrity couple by the name of SHINee’s Jonghyun and Shin Se Kyung? They were spotted on a date after filming for one of Shin Se Kyung’s movies had wrapped up for the night, but unlike Junhyung and Goo Hara, the two weren’t holding hands. Which, of course, doesn’t mean anything. And they recently ended their relationship, prompting some fans to say it was fake.

Well, this new couple seems to be more natural-looking. And more natural naturally means more real, right? Almost a month ago, there were rumors that Junhyung was taken, as he nervously laughed while asked. Don’t remember? Here’s a little refresher:

The members of BEAST had already said he’d be the first to get a girlfriend and Junhyung had said that if he had gotten a girlfriend, he would be the first to announce it (looks like you were beaten at that, though, Junhyung). Fact is, he’s been dating Hara for a little over a month and that little gem was recorded almost a month.

So, what do I think? To me, it does look a little staged. But I can’t discount Junhyung’s nervous laugh on public TV over a month ago. But then again, they have been busy, so meeting 3 times in a month and with their status, I don’t doubt it. I think it is real. And whatever the verdict is, I’m happy for them both. As long as they’re happy, KPOP wins, right? Except for fans, who are probably crying right now, be it tears of sorrow or joy.
