In the recent episode of SBS’ “Dalgona“, the mother of 2pm’s Wooyoung revealed that she almost got a divorce with his husband in the past because of Wooyoung. Revealing that Wooyoung’s father was a man who served as a government official, he disapproved on Wooyoung’s dream of becoming a singer, and as a result, her mom had to act as a mediator between them.

Before Wooyoung became a trainee of JYP Entertainment, he used to secretly attend dance classes, but was eventually caught by his furious father. In fact when Wooyoung passed the first round of JYP Entertainment, his father still refused. Up until the day he signed a contract with JYP to be in fact.

Her mom finally decided that it was enough and said, “If you see two bodies floating down the Han River tomorrow, know that they will be the bodies of Wooyoung and I.” After this remark, Wooyoung finally started to be a trainee.
