Idol groups BEAST and 4minute will be participating in the Japanese soundtrack for Korean drama “My Princess,” which is set to air in Japan. The soundtrack will be released on July 24th and will include one song by BEAST, member Yoseob’s solo, “Cherish That Person,” and two solo songs from 4minute members Heo Gayoon and Jeon Jiyoon, “I Want to Love Again” and “Oasis.” The soundtrack will come with a DVD that contains music videos for BEAST and Yoseob’s songs, and the package (CD + DVD) will cost 3,675 yen.
“My Princess” aired in Korea in early 2011 and starred Kim Taehee and Song Seungheon. BEAST’s Kikwang also took part in the drama as a palace chef. The songs on the soundtrack will be the Japanese version of the original Korean songs BEAST and 4minute sung for the drama.
Although “My Princess” was announced to air in Japan back in January, an air date has not been confirmed. There is a possibility that it will air sometime around the release of the soundtrack.
