4NIAs were given a surprise yesterday as it was announced that 4minute’s Hyuna would be releasing “A Bitter Day” ahead of time. “A Bitter Day” is the only ballad on her new mini-album, “Bubble Pop!” and features the vocals of G.NA and BEAST’s leader Junhyung. The track has been unleashed, and it is absolutely amazing!

We all know that G.NA is one of the powerhouse vocals out there, so it’s no surprise that she flaunts her vocals throughout this song. Her singing and Hyuna and Junhyung’s rapping really balance each other out. This track is definitely better than I expected it to be, two thumbs up! However, it feels more like it’s G.NA’s song rather than Hyuna’s. I guess that’s expected since it’s a ballad. It also seems like they’re saying “A better day” rather than “A bitter day”.
