While backstage at last week’s MBC’s ‘Music Core,‘ 2PM and 8eight performed to each others’ songs! A video of the performance was recently uploaded online and is garnering attention from fans of both groups.

Fans were delighted to see the two groups swapping the mood of their stage concept by performing to each others’ title track. 2PM performed a smooth cover of 8eight’s “Close That Lip” while 8eight jammed to 2PM’s upbeat title track, “Hands Up.”

Afterwards, the two groups exchanged CDs and yelled out “Fighting!” as a message of support.

Netizens wrote, “It’s nice to see them cheering each other on”, “8eight has a little kid side!”, and “I hope both of them are successful!”
