Kim Hyun Joong released his solo debut mini-album, “Break Down,” on June 7th and the album has proven to be a great success throughout Asia. In Korea, his mini-album sold over 100,000 copies within 2 weeks, making him the top solo singer of the year so far.

“Break Down” has managed to grab the top spot on Taiwan’s G-music and FIVE Music, the Philippines Astro charts, Thailand’s Channel V, and Hong Kong’s KKBox. An official from Key East Entertainment stated, “It’s amazing to see the album do so well internationally even though it’s the Korean version being sold overseas.”

Kim Hyun Joong will be promoting his follow-up song, “Kiss Kiss,” starting with tonight’s performance on Mnet’s “M! Countdown.”
