Between Ningin and our sister site Girlybubble, we’ve given away over 100 prizes in the past couple of months. Sounds like a lot right? But I’m probably underestimating it. Just see all these different links. It’s like a factory here packaging and shipping all these prizes. So in order to make things more efficient for everyone, meaning if you want to get your prizes sooner, here are some things you really need to pay attention to if you won a prize:

1. You need to follow these instructions when you win a prize. It seems like half the people who claim a prize forgets a photo ID and/or the shipping address. Just to sort out some confusion, a photo ID has your face on it. It is not just a photograph of an ID.

2. Stop emailing asking why you haven’t received your Reward Points yet. We give people five days to claim Reward Points prizes with amounts larger than 500 RPs, so you should give us at least five days to give them to you.

3. Read this list of 10 most common mistake when claiming a prize.

4. Those of you that have claimed a physical item in our Reward Center, congratulations! However, understand that we still need an address from you. So if you never sent yours to us, we really don’t know how to get your prize to you. Of course we’ll send you a pm asking you for your address, but you still have to respond to the pm. Basically, help us, help you.
