It is finally October 11th, which means Rain has officially enlisted in the army.

Rain will be in the military for the next 2 years as required of all-male South Korean citizens. Rain has entered the 5 week military training at the 306 Reserve Ujeongbu, Gyeonggi-do province military camp, which he must complete before serving.

Prior to his enlistment, Rain had a number of activities to finish including completing the filming for ‘Flight: Closer to the Sun’, performing for his nationwide tour, and his last stage performance at the Gangnam Hallyu Festival on October 9th.

He will greatly be missed these next two years, but I’m sure this will not be the last we ever hear of Rain. Rain, hwaiting!!!!
