As recent guests on Mnet’s ‘Wide Entertainment News‘, the members of Brown Eyed Girls revealed an interesting story about what their group was going to be called.

Whilst the ladies were being interviewed, it was noticed that Jo Sung Mo’s hit track, “Do You Know“, fit exceptionally well with the group’s latest album, “Sixth Sense“. Upon hearing this statement, the girls all gasped in astonishment, and continued to explain the connection between “Do You Know” and their current group.

Miryo revealed, “In the beginning, before we were named the Brown Eyed Girls, we were originally going to be called ‘Do You Know’.”

Jea wittily questioned the interviewer with, “Are you close with Yoon Il Sang, the man who named us? How do you know so much about the way our group was born?”

Producers of the show were equally surprised to hear how the MCs knew such hidden information about the popular group. The full story is set to be revealed on the 12th of October.

Interesting^^ But I think BEG is better~


I think Brown Eyed Girls is better because Do You Know abbreviated is DYK, which can be taken wrongly in a different context, especially when talking about them.
