Last month Big Bang was nominated to be the Asia Pacific nominee under the Worldwide Act category for the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards. Well…they’ve won the nomination and have advanced to the overall Worldwide Act category!
Big Bang will be representing the Asia Pacific region in the category and will be up against Abdelfattah Grini (Africa/India/Middle East), Lena (Europe), Restart (Latin America), and Britney Spears (North America). All of the winners for the awards will be revealed at the 2011 MTV EMA on November 6th, which will be hosted in Belfast, Ireland by Selena Gomez.
