Recently, SNSD was interviewed by MTV Iggy, and it was broadcasted live in Times Square on Monday, the 24th of October. Fans flocked to the crowded New York area, hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorite K-Pop group.

The interview was held at MTV’s open studio in Times Square. It was displayed on a giant screen which was placed opposite the studio, showing fans and tourists the live interview. As the beautiful members appeared on the screen, fans cheered the girls on with posters and towels. Obviously, this left many New Yorkers questioning who the 9 girls were. In addition, SNSD’s “The Boys” teaser video has been playing in Times Square for quite some time now.

After the interview, SNSD held a quick fan meeting at the “BEST BUY Theater” on Broadway, and more than 1000 fans gathered to ask questions and to hear about their latest album.
