The variety show, ‘Immortal Song 2‘ shocked many as the viewer ratings for the show rapidly increased while ‘Star King‘ had their viewer ratings decreasing by time. It is believed to be caused by the departure of Kang Ho Dong that the ratings for ‘Star King’ went down.

According to AGB Nielsen Media ‘Star King’ had recorded 8.8% in viewership ratings, a 0.9% drop compared to its 9.7% rating last week. As for ‘Immortal Song 2′, the ratings rose by recording 10%, a 1.6% rise compared to their 8.4% last week.

MBC’s ‘Infinity Challenge‘ remains on the top of the Saturday variety shows with the record of 17.4%.

In short, ‘Immortal Song 2′ had gained more popularity compared to ‘Star King’. Thoughts?
