SNSD’s Sooyoung, Yuri, and Seohyun were guests on SBS “Diet Survival Victory“, sharing their advice on how to shape sexy legs. Yuri and Seohyun had their own separate segment, in which they invited Sooyoung to talk about her secrets to pretty legs.
Sooyoung was introduced as the member with the best legs (Yuri playfully announced that she disagreed). Yuri then told Sooyoung that one of the contestants of the show (Kim Saerin) was working on getting beautiful legs. The girls wanted to have Sooyoung’s input on how to get legs as long and straight as hers.
Sooyoung said that her methods were easily applicable in everyday lives, and included that you could do the stretches while watching tv or going on a car ride. She was very adamant on loosening up your ankles, as to relax your muscle and increase blood circulation to the ankle area.
The girls also mentioned that a portion of “The Boys” choreography helps shape your legs (move is shown below). Yuri said, “This is part of our ‘The Boys’ choreography. It’s very similar to regular stretching moves. If you move the stretched out leg to the side, it’s supposed to pressure your inner thigh muscles, resulting in more beautiful legs.” Following this routine for a week will help you towards your goal very quickly.
