Recently, it has been reported that After School’s Jooyeon was diagnosed with an acute nephritis a.k.a. inflammation of the kidneys. After being hospitalized, the idol has regained her health and is ready to resume her activities.

Jooyeon’s agency, Pledis Entertainment stated, “It was an acute disease that could be easily treated by simple medication and rest, so please don’t be too concerned. She’s been discharged and is currently taking plenty of rest; Jooyeon will be resuming her schedules this weekend.”
