A press release from TS Entertainment revealed an online post showing members of several boy groups scheduled to debut next year under the title, ‘Boy Idol Groups Planned for Debut in 2012′, which has been garnering much attention.

Although nothing has been confirmed, the post showed photos of trainees who are preparing to debut in well-known agencies.

SM Entertainment will be debuting a group with two sub-units, tentatively labeled as M1 and M2. One group will have seven members while the other has five members, and a few of the members have already been recognized for their good looks. SM previously revealed that the two units will be promoting the same song simultaneously in Korea and China.

TS Entertainment, SECRET’s agency, has announced that they will be debuting a new boy group next year, and has already revealed three of its members: Bang Yong Guk, Jello, and Zelo. Bang Yong Guk will be debuting with the group’s youngest member Jello on December 2nd, and will also be releasing “Never Give Up” with fellow trainee Zelo as a sub-unit titled Bang & Zelo. The group will make their official debut next January.

Pledis will be releasing information on Pledis Boys on December 1st. The group will make their debut with label mates After School and Son Dambi through the ‘2012 Happy Pledis – Love Letter‘ special album.

YG Entertainment will be debuting a boy group with Kang Seung Yoon, who is appearing on ongoing sitcom ‘High Kick 3‘ and was also a top contestant on ‘Superstar K2‘.

Big Hit is rumored to be releasing a new group. A clip featuring a rap using a non-standard Korean dialect was recently revealed to the public, and has been garnering interest for its unique sound.

Although JYP Entertainment has mentioned that they will not be debuting any new groups next year, there are rumors of the company debuting a 6-member group called 2THE.O. The photo revealed shows that the group made an appearance at the Wonder Girls‘ showcase.

There are also mentions of Cube, Kaist, and Sidus HQ debuting new boy groups. If this information happens to be true, which boy group’s debut are you looking forward to?
