Where I live, the Christmas season has officially begun. It’s December and the ground is covered with a nice blanket of snow! Christmas season also means that people are going to busy writing Christmas cards to their families, friends, and, of course, Santa. So if you guys are looking for a rather…interesting card, then this one is just perfect.

Pictured above is a Christmas card all the way from 1955. Created by Brad McGinty’s grandfather, who was a WWII veteran, and a Japanese soldier named Haruo, this card is definitely something. The main goal behind this greeting card was for it to have an American-style that appealed to both the Japanese market and the American market. An interesting fact is that McGinty’s grandfather actually shot Haruo in the face.

Santa is officially known as the Fat Face Man now.
