We previously reported that Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Eunhyuk has decided to step down from their position as DJs on KBS’s radio program “Kiss the Radio“. The two famous DJs said their farewells to the radio program on the December 4th episode.

Leeteuk and Eunhyuk have been the DJs for ‘Kiss the Radio‘ for 5 years, making them the longest running idol DJs. The show has grown in popularity over the years thanks to the two fun Super Junior members. However, the two have decided to leave the show due to Leeteuk’s upcoming military enlistment and Eunhyuk’s individual activities.

Leeteuk uploaded a photo of his desk on the show and wrote, “Memories of 5 years and 3 months, I have hosted this show for 1932 days. I was very happy in that time. I wanted to do it till the last day of my military enlistment but the day came earlier than I thought.” He continued, “I am Thankful to 23 PDs and writers, my co-host and little brother Eunhyuk, all the guests and my Sukira family who listen to us. Thank you again.I’ll be back after becoming a better person.” Eunhyuk added, “I doesn’t feel real”

Fellow Super Junior members Siwon and Donghae, who were present at Leeteuk and Eunhyuk’s last show, wrote some supportive words for the two DJs. Donghae tweeted, “I am at ‘KBS Kiss the Radio’, Leeteuk and Eunhyuk you have done a great job. I love you. please listeners look forward for Sungmin and Ryeowook” while Siwon wrote, “Both of you have worked really hard, because of you all listeners including me are so blessed. I am so proud my Leeteuk bro and sparkling anchovy Eunhyuk.”

Super Junior members Sungmin and Ryeowook will be taking over Leeteuk’s and Eunhyuk’s positions as the new MCs for the radio program. Ryeowook wrote, “My awesome big brothers EunTeuk, you have worked hard. I am crying when I listen to your last ‘Kiss the Radio’ show. Thank you for being a part of it for 5 years.”

This is kinda sad but Kiss the Radio still got Super junior on it’s title....


its so sad to see them go T__T!! I’m gonna miss them!
but i hope everyone will accept Ryeowook and Sungmin! I’m sure they will do an awesome job ^^!


Being in the show for more than 5 years must been so sad for them to leave.. Its so heartbreaking to see eeteuk and eunhyuk leave the show.. T__T
but i’m glad that sungmin & Ryeowook will be replace their position..

Aww~ It’s really sad to see them go. They’ll be greatly missed. But it’s happy news that Sungmin and Ryeowook will be stepping into their shoes. I look forward to their broadcasts.
