Some considered them to be their idols. Some considered them to be America’s very first punk band. That’s what American rock band The Ramones were considered to be for music fans around the world. Although the band disbanded back in 1996, their music is still floating around today. Even in elementary schools!

A video was uploaded a while ago showing the kindergarten classes at Sullivan School covering The Ramones’ “Judy is a Punk“. The entire class consists of Koreans and all of them are pretty pumped about the song.

How does it compare to the original?

Who knows? Maybe in a few years these kids will be the next KPOP idols that everyone worships!
