It’s no surprise that SNSD has some beautiful stage outfits for their performances, but on a recent episode of MNET’s The Beatles Code, members Hyoyeon and Sooyoung made some surprising revelations.

Hyoyeon first started out by expressing she used to be jealous of her fellow members in the past as they got to wear outfits that she deemed to be prettier than the outfits that she wore. The girls are allowed to choose what they want to wear at times, but it is left to a team of stylists who ultimately get to choose what the girls wear. To this, Hyoyeon explained, “I would get upset and think, ‘Why don’t they let me wear those outfits?’ However, I don’t think like that anymore. I trust the stylists now to give me outfits that best fit my personality and figure.”

Sooyoung then continued, “I want to wear heels and skirts, but when I’m stubborn and wear what I want, it messes up the harmony made up by all the members.” She then mused that during the girls’ debut, the taller members weren’t allowed to wear heels while the shorter members wore heels to balance out the height of the group.

Oh, they crack me up. Sooyoung wanting to wear heels - that ain’t a crime! And I’m glad that Hyoyeon gets to wear outfits she likes.

heels thing are funny… not they are complaining coz are not allowed to wear heels.. but i’m complaining why i have to wear heels… LOL!

I guess sometimes it is great to not get what you want because it may not turn out as well as you pictured just as Sooyoung. xD
