Today’s video-of-the-day features disbanded visual kei group Pierrot with “Shinkei ga Tareru Atsui Yoru.” I love the sound of this song because there is something exotic about the way the melody moves you. As for the PV, it’s slightly (okay, maybe more than ‘slightly’) creepy, which matches the chorus lyric perfectly, “Why aren’t you crying on such a terrible night, even though I’ve hurt you more than you should be able to handle? … I could almost hear the sound of your nerve’s rending.” More »
