So what if there are two or more idols with the same name? Maybe some people wouldn’t mind but some others are against it, just like in this case. CHAOS, an upcoming boy group under Winning InSight includes a member named Taeyang which had Big Bang’s fans complaining.

It seems that Big Bang’s fans does not want another Taeyang in the music industry as they demanded a change of name for the CHAOS member. The company listened and complied. Taeyang will be using ‘Park Taeyang’ as his stage name.

The company stated, “Taeyang’s name isn’t a stage name but his real name. He used to promote under the name Park Taeyang back in 2004. We’ll make sure to include his last name in his future promotions, and hope this clears up any misunderstandings.”
