V.I.P.’s, you might get to see T.O.P. on t.v soon! Big Bang’s T.O.P. has announced that he will be making an acting comeback through a casting offer for upcoming drama, ‘Celebrity’.

YG Entertainment has revealed, “T.O.P. has plans of pursuing his acting career this year so we’re currently looking over several different drama and movie offers. We’re steering the discussion for ‘Celebrity’ in a positive light, but that is just one of many we’re considering.”

T.O.P. was rumoured to be in discussion for ‘Love Rain’ and ‘Absolute You’ last year, but he has decided to put it off and waited for ‘Celebrity’. This drama is about various scandals in the entertainment industry, where a girl is betrayed by her idol boyfriend, then debuts as a celebrity herself to get revenge, but ends up falling in love with another top star.

T.O.P. will be playing the role of a perfectionist named Jung Soo Hyun, a man that falls in love with ‘Ban Hana’, the girl that becomes betrayed by her former love.

Is it just me or does the plot sound very familiar to the manga, anime and now Taiwanese drama ‘Skip Beat’?? Well I’m still excited to see T.O.P. acting again! T.O.P. Hwaiting~~!
