It seems like there’s nothing that KPOP idols can’t do: they can sing, dance and have various talents. Apparently, they can also bend and stretch in ways that any normal human body just cannot. Being flexible has never looked this amazing, so have a look at some idols proving just how elastic-y there bodies are.
f(x)’s Victoria
We all knew she was coming, and just by looking at what this girl is capable of, she deserves to be right at the top of this list. Victoria has the ability to wrap her leg completely over her shoulder and look rather comfortable and natural while doing it. She has flaunted her flexibility many times in variety shows and music videos, so there’s no shortage of footage of what this girl can do.
miss A’s Jia
Often referred to as Victoria’s rival, Jia also has her place in the flexible list. Her long legs create an incredible illusion when she lifts them. Not only can she do that, but she can bend almost completely in half. Her fellow members were also mesmerized by her moves as they included them several times in their choreography. This girl is definitely not just a pretty face, but yet another Chinese bender.
4minute’s Hyuna
She may be the whiny, cutie of 4minute, but she oozes sexiness when she displays her flexibility. Her elasticity was first seen on Invincible Youth where she split, held her leg all the way against herself and even jumped with her legs wide apart. Since then, she has shown it off on stage. However, her pelvic dance has taken over so it is not seen as often. Her mysterious flexibility will always be enjoyed.
Jewelry’s Jooyeon
This slender beauty may look small enough to snap, but that doesn’t mean that she can’t manipulate it any way that she wants. Netizens always note that her stand-up splits are the most graceful and natural. She always pleases fans by splitting or showing her flexibility in other ways on stage. For a girl like her, splitting comes as easily as breathing.
2PM’s Wooyoung
Men are generally not the first thing that pops into your mind when “flexible” is mentioned, but apparently Wooyoung wants to change that. Don’t let his adorable face fool you, this guy means business. He may not be able to twist in strange ways, but he can split both ways and bend backwards. For most of us, even that isn’t possible.
SNSD’s Yuri
Yuri has a body that everybody wants and it is mostly due to her famous yoga moves. She can make her body do incredibly pretty things that require flexibility and control. She can also easily split and stay like that for as long as it takes, while many people struggle to last for a few seconds. Her various poses prove just how elastic-like Yuri is.
MBLAQ’s Joon
His pants generally don’t survive, but this modern dancer can split his legs in ways that many people could never dream of. We’ve all seen him split his legs while sitting, which ultimately caused his pants to split, but he can also do a lot more. Here, another male proves that you don’t need to be a girl to be able to stretch to your limits.
4minute’s Jihyun
She first showed off her amazing splitting skills in 4minute’s debut music video and since then, Jihyun has been seen doing rolling splits and even stand-up splits. She may look like a graceful goddess, but she can really turn on the charm when she shows her elasticity. From the look of what she can do, you’d think she’s a gymnast.
2NE1’s Minzy
She may be young and too chic to even think of touching the floor, but Minzy shocked many people when she showed just how much she can stretch. When she splits, she gives off quite a cute, innocent feel while most people go in another direction. This girl can definitely split those legs!
You can clearly see that all members of Sistar are flexible, but it is evident that Hyorin is the most stretchy. Her legs go up the highest and she has displayed it many times while dancing. She can bend, stretch and split all with a smile on her face. Hey, if you’re named Korea’s Beyonce, you have to be the whole package, and Hyorin definitely is!
I’m convinced, these people have no bones, just jelly. You’d swear that with these skills, at least one member per group has to be flexible. Doesn’t this inspire you to start stretching again?
