Actor Yoo Seung Ho will be turning 20 this year, but what he thought would be a great year seems to be coming with more stress than expected and enlistment is one of those stresses.
On January 31st, TV Joseon’s ‘Operation Love’ held a press conference for the new drama. At the event, Seung Ho revealed that his feelings about getting a physical from the military. “When I was told to get a physical, I felt a lot of things. …I have to go to the military, but I’ll tell you the details later. I thought something would change when I turn 20.”
He continued, “Since I’m an adult now, I have to [be] responsible for my actions, and I have to [do] everything on my own instead of others telling me what to do. Thus I have more fear and anxiety. I thought it’d be great to be 20, it’s not that great.”
‘Operation Love’, which is based on a Japanese drama from 2007, will begin airing on February 8th.
Awww… No…getting older isn’t that great… I can only imagine what it would be like if I had to worry about mandatory enlistment too… yikes. Either way…looking forward to watching him in ‘Operation Love’!
