On February 11th, singer IU opened up for the Seoul Samsung Thunders Basketball home game by shooting the first ball. IU attended the game as the model for Samsung Galaxy and performed the shortened versions of her hits, “Good Day” and “You and I“, during halftime.

IU walked onto the basketball court while sporting the Samsung Thunders uniform, and received loud cheers from everyone. When she jumped to shoot the first ball into the basket, she landed unsuccessfully and fell on her side. However, she got up immediately with a bright smile on her face. She then attempted to shoot the ball again and managed to get the ball into the basket successfully.

The singer attracted attention after she fell while walking on stage to accept her award at the 2011 Melon Music Awards. Both times, she picked herself up gracefully and flashed a smile for her fans.
