SHINee’s Minho’s sitcom, Salamander Guru and the Shadows, has been fraught with many idol cameos and the latest cameo for the show will be IU.

IU will be playing as Ji Eun, who is a pickpocket that steals Wonsam’s wallet. Wonsam has a weakness for cute girls and it is this weakness that allows Ji Eun to steal his wallet in the first place. Furthermore, the cash in his wallet is intended for an orphanage, so Wonsam tracks Ji Eun down to get back the money.

To escape from him, Ji Eun first accuses him of statutory rape, then later lies to Wonsam that the money was needed for her mom’s hospital bills. To see the final outcome, you’ll need to tune into the show.

Netizens were interested in IU’s cameo and commented that they would never be able to hate IU, despite her character’s deceitful personality. But netizens, if you can’t bring yourselves to hate her on the show, then she won’t know if she’s doing a good job as an actress!
