Despite having debuted on the same day, the boys of EXO have always performed on stage without their other half as EXO-K and EXO-M have performed in different countries.

However, that all changed when EXO-M came back from China to perform in several special joint stages, starting with the May 20th broadcast of Inkigayo. This marked the first time they stood on the same stage since their debut showcase in Korea at the end of March. They shared the same feeling: “We support each other when we promote together to give us strength.”

The 12 members were interviewed backstage on M! Countdown this week where they commented on performing as 12, “As compared to when we promote separately in Korea and China, being able to stand on one stage like this really gives us strength.” EXO-M’s leader Kris mentioned, “It was difficult because we don’t have any experience in promoting in Korea but the EXO-K members gave us few advices and supported us too so we could get strength.” EXO-K’s leader Suho agreed to the statement, inserting, “Since our teamwork is usually good when we practice, joining and adjusting were done naturally. We’re really happy to get to stand on one stage after the showcase, it brings back old memories.”

However, all happy things must come to the end as EXO-M must bid farewell to EXO-K this week and go back to China to promote.

It really is nice seeing all of them promote on the same stage, isn’t it?
