The popular musical ‘Jack the Ripper’ is returning to Korea again this summer and this year Super Junior’s Sungmin, FT Island’s Seunghyun, and solo artist J-Min will be joining the cast!
On May 31st, the main roles for the musical were revealed. Sungmin, who played ‘Daniel’ last year will take on the role once again and will rotate with FT Island’s Seunghyun, and actors Ahn Jaewook and Uhm Kijoon. Additionally, SM Entertainment soloist, J-Min has been cast as ‘Gloria’ and Yoo Joonsang, and Shin Sungwoo have also been cast in the musical.
The musical is about crimes that occurred in London back in the 19th century. Daniel, a young doctor, looks for the bodies to use for medical research and ends up falling for a prostitute named Gloria.
The show will begin in Seoul on July 20th and will head to Tokyo’s Aoyama Theater in September.
