Park Shin Hye is ready to make a return to the big screen later this year with the comedy film, “December 23″.

On June 1st, 4HIM Entertainment announced that Park Shin Hye will join the cast Ryu Seungryoo, Jung Jinyoung, Oh Dalsoo, and Kim Jungtae. For the movie, she will play a law student and daughter of a mentally disabled man.

The actress said, “I teared up while reading the script for the first time. I was completely blown away with the story’s ability to express sincerity, laughter, and sadness all in one. I hope to show a different side of myself as an actress through this film.”
