We will give your prize to someone else if you do not complete this process. Your prize will be shipped sometime in the next two weeks provided you turn in your information on time. We will not be answering questions about delivery time or providing delivery estimate as items will not be shipped with tracking information. Keep in mind that international shipments usually adds 2-4 weeks of additional shipping time with some countries, such as the Philippines, taking up to 6 months.

when i managed to win the $5 gift code, i just sent in my information like everyone else did in case, but eventually you’ll get an email from kpopheaven with the subject text along the lines of “You have been given a KpopHeaven promotional credit!” if nothing has changed/i remember correctly ^^
