So not only is SM good at using boxed rooms for their MVs and giving fans some of the weirdest concept pictures for their artists, but it seems that they’ve begun to ‘recycle’ some concepts. Namely, with f(x)’s recent concept pictures.

With the digital release of f(x)’s latest mini-album Electric Shock, a picture booklet came along with the purchase of the mini-album. At first glance, nothing seems to be amiss as the give members are looking particularly gorgeous in their shots. However, one can notice the usage of a chair and sofa. Doesn’t it remind you of SHINee and some of their Sherlock pictures?

I’ve been saying that f(x) is Shinee’s female counter part for a long time. I recognized the Shinee feel from the very first teaser photo!

i don’t think its such an issue though. its not like they reuse the concept for all their artists.. as long as the quality of the album is good, i don’t think there’ll be any problem.

i don’t really see the sherlock theme...alot of concepts feature artits on a chair or a couch...and they (the chair and couch) don’t even look similar to the sherlock ones....but i still love the pics!!!

it oes remind me of the sherlock concept. maybe bc sm usually pair group like this. super junior with snsd = super generation. and then they pair SHInee with f(x). though some members dont have pairing but other do like
1. sulli with taemin
2. kyrstal with minho
3. luna with onew
4. amber with key
5. should be victoria with jonghyun but cant imagine tat couple,bc i support no LOVE khuntoria <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
