JYJ’s Jaejoong is currently playing the role ‘Kim Kyung Tak’ in MBC’s “Time Slip Dr. Jin“, and during a recent press conference, he claimed he was the worst actor of JYJ.

On July 5th, the series held a press conference with its lead actors Song Seung Hun, Park Min Young, Lee Beom Soo, Lee So Yeon and of course, Jaejoong. During the event, a reporter asked Jaejoong, “Since all three members are working as actors, who do you think is the best actor among the three?”

Jaejoong answered, “I’m the worst. …I’ve seen a musical in which Junsu appeared, and TV dramas in which Yoochun appeared and I think I have to work harder.”

He continued, “People think that my character in the series is dull and going through several ordeals but he is just keeping his faith. He is getting stronger and happier so I hope the audience will consider my character as not too pitiable.”

he’s good at acting. i saw the mv with junsu as the male lead and he was kinda awkward.. i think that jaejoong may be better than junsu.

Don’t worry Jaejoong. I’ve seen Protect the Boss, and you were great in there. It’s just different roles have different requirements. smile
Who knew all the JYJ members would turn out to be great actors as well as wonderful singers? ^^


He’s so humble. I haven’t seen Junsu acts, but usually his expressions is kinda strange when he does.


I like them all as actors, don’t have a fave one!


Although he’s my fave member, I’m going to have to say I agree with him. LOL. Sorry Jae~~ I still think his acting is okay though. I just think it doesn’t come out as natural.
I’ll be watching over his next endeavors~

It is partialy due to the characters they give him. Yoochun has main roles and is a talented actor in playing serious people who turn less uptight. He had historical roles in both SKKS and RTP. I even got my non-kpop/kdrama fan of an older sister to love Rooftop and Yoochun.

Junsu’s musical was good. The parts I saw. I’m not even a fan of musicals but he really showed his acting talent. I really thought he was death. lol

I personally thought JJ was okay in PTB for his character. Ji Sung was the lead and the more experienced actor so of course nobody really got into JJ. Once they give him a character that fits his quirky-ness, I bet he will be closer to Yoochun and Junsu’s abilities.


Aww, he’s s humble. I’m just glad he is improving and working hard.

JaeJae! He’s so humble! I have not seen Junsu’s acting, but I know Yoochun is pretty good. I think Jae’s acting is good. Ut his character profiles are the complete opposite for him (like in PoB and Jin) that may make it harder for him. I think based on that and the fact that he isn’t a professional actor, he is still a respectable and good actor.

But in any case it’s okay Jae oppa, you are the best singer in kpop to me! 


He is very honest and I probably have to agree and though I’ve only seen Junsu act in their MV and snipits from gifs in his musical. And Yoochun is amazing. But Jaejoong is determined to improve which is good. Good luck Jaejoong!

I’ve seen him act in Protect the Boss and I don’t know, his acting for me was really weird.
I should give his new drama a try though.

I thought it was good in Heaven’s Postman and he is good in Dr Jin too.
But that’s all. I don’t really get into his character in Portect The Boss.

aww .. I love the prospect he is seeing his character through, he is very deep and never sees things as it is ,.. impressive ~
I used to feel sorry for him personally not the character , in this drama and the previous one too >< ~ wish he would be the lead on the next one ~ I think his acting is really good, and it would be very exciting seeing him in a leading role as a change ~ Junsu and Yoochun’s acting is good too , but I don’t think there is a good and worst one out of them smile
