Originally, B.A.P.’s first mini-album “No Mercy” was supposed to be released on and offline on July 19th, but TS Entertainment ended up tossing 50,000 copies of the physical album when the finished product didn’t meet their expectations.
TS Entertainment explained, “We were initially planning on releasing the physical album on July 19th, but the color print on the finished product was a bit off from what we expected. Therefore, we have decided to discard all albums to present fans with the best as we have promised.”
TS Entertainment has not provided an exact date for the physical release yet, but hopefully it will be released soon.
B.A.P. will starting the comeback stage parade with July 19th’s episode of Mnet’s M! Countdown, and if you haven’t checked out the mini-album yet…you can find it here.

That’s a whole lot of copies to just trash. I hope the next batch comes out correctly!
i hope they somehow recycle the albums ...

Well that’s a waste…
I understand they want to present their fans with the best but tossing away so many albums is such a bad thing to do :I
07/20/12 12:18 am
They could’ve just sold those to fans for much cheaper. :(
^YES! That!
Or even given a couple out in a giveaway… it’s wrong to waste that many albums… it hurts the environment and wastes money… :s

Nice that they want the album to be the best. To bad 50,000 albums had to be tossed :/
07/19/12 10:19 pm
? I hate that 50,000 copies are being wasted, but I love that TS Ent. is trying to make their album the best.
i can’t wait to get mines whenever it’s released. :D

wow.. waste.. -___-
but seems like they want fans to have the best design.. lol.. xD

EH?!! Such a waste… Oh well, whatever it is...I love their songs!!
07/19/12 7:15 pm
I’m glad that they want their album to be as best as it can be, but the number seems like such a waste. D:

That is such a waste! D: But at least they want the best product out there. I am a little surprised that the company has enough funds to reproduce an additional 50,000 copies based solely on the fact they tossed the other ones for a color mistake. But I have a feeling the tossed ones are going to be a collectable item now ;D
07/19/12 6:39 pm
they just want the best for fans
07/19/12 6:29 pm
That’s a lot, such a waste ):
That’s a lot to toss. That’s a waste.

fifty thousand is a big number. was the color REALLY that big a deal??
i’m sure fans would still buy it if the colors are just a bit off...thats kind of a waste…
07/19/12 3:48 pm
that sucks so bad :x
really such a waste. maybe fans would still buy that version if it was released
07/19/12 3:26 pm
that’s a lot of albums to toss
hopefully, they will release the “fixed” album soon - for everyone’s sake
Still say it’s a waste.
LIMITED EDITION I mean hello!?
07/19/12 3:17 pm
what i don’t get is why didn’t anyone check the copies before they got out. i mean that is 50,000 copies that have gone to waste.
07/19/12 3:10 pm
Well the finished one does look pretty but I would have been fine with the ones the threw out
