It’s been revealed that Supernova’s Sungje has injured his ankle while rehearsing for the group’s upcoming concerts and their Korean comeback this August.

Apparently Sungje sustained the injury on his left foot while rehearsing the group’s new song on July 18th. After it was examined at the hospital, it was determined that he ruptured his ankle ligament and it will need 4 weeks to heal. As a result, Sungje is in a cast.

Sungje apologized to fans saying, “I am sorry for causing the fans to worry because of my carelessness. I will keep my promise with fans and stick with my original schedule.”

As of right now, Supernova is trying to determine whether or not they will move forward with plans for a mid-August return by simplifying the choreography for Sungje or if they plan to push their return back.
