Actor Yoo Seung Ho will be transforming into the Great Jade Emperor for MBC’s upcoming drama, “Arang and the Magistrate” and the show has revealed his official character photo.

The actor will be making a special appearance on the show in the role. This ruler of the Heavens has an interest in women, peaches, art, and betting…(interesting…)

Yoo Seung Ho commented, “I wanted to create a new image that is different from the standard Great Jade Emperor.”

“Arang and the Magistrate” is about the ghost, Arang (Shin Min Ah) who dies an unfair death but lost her memory. The District Magistrate Eun Oh (Lee Jun Ki) is the only one that can see her and will be helping her solve the mystery behind her death.

The show will begin in August.

Hmm…I’m not sure how i’m feeling about this attire on Yoo Seung Ho. I think I preferred his look as ‘Woon’ on “Warrior Baek Dong Soo” better…when his hair was tame and not like a crazy person’s. What do you think of Yoo Seung Ho’s look?
