Random News of the Day: 2012 ‘Hipster Olympics’ hosts bubble tea competition

The“Hipster Olympics” event that occurred last Saturday was this time held in Berlin. The annual event played host to hundreds of teenagers and young adults, and had them participate in ridiculously hipster events such as “skinny jeans tug o’ war,” “horn-rimmed glasses toss,” and even “bobbing for bubble tea pearls”.
I might consider going to the 3rd annual event next year, but I think it would be too mainstream too.
Other than that, it looks like the event was a lot of fun! The participants were mostly dressed in over sized glasses, two finger tank tops, and other normal hipster wear.
