f(x) is heading to Japan and they’re starting with the full PV for their Japanese debut track, “Hot Summer.”

The ladies have dropped the neon and red outfits from the original MV for some innocent white and some cool blue outfits for the Japanese remake; of course, they still look as gorgeous as ever though. f(x) still doesn’t have a release date for their debut single, but will supposedly hold their Japanese debut showcase in September.

Additionally, they will hold their first premium showcase titled “1st Shock” at Zepp Tokyo on October 18th and 19th.

Ehh...not the best song for f(x) to debut in Japan imo.  Hope they do well though. ^^


Hmmmm I think it’s good and very f(x) style, but I’m still not digging the white and blue. I feel like it’s too winterish. Plus it really kinda reminds me of Katy Perry’s California Girls for some reason. Maybe the pink in the background?

But I really like how well the song translates to Japanese. It sounds great smile
