On MBC’s “Section TV Entertainment Relay” this week, the hosts caught up with stars Park Han Byul and Joo Sang Wook, who shared some of their secrets to achieving and maintaining a fit body like theirs.
Park Han Byul went first to reveal, “I always put tension on my stomach. Since it’s always under stress, it creates the determination for toned abs.”
Joo Sang Wook then chimed in to throw in his tip, “It’s easy to have a fit body. Just keep exercising and bear it. In fact, I only ate chicken breast for one month.”
While it’s easy to covet that perfect S-line or chocolate pack of abs, I have to agree with Sang Wook that it’s determination that will get your there. Though it also helps to just stop procrastinating and start as soon as you can before thinking you can’t.
