MBC has camera crew filming with ‘emphasis on their hips and butt’ for SISTAR’s performance

Thank to one sneaky netizen, a photo of the cue sheet with line-up information for the recent “2012 DMZ Peace Concert” has been revealed. But that’s not the interesting bit, which came from a closer observation to discover something interesting about this piece of paper with particularly special notes for the camera crew that would be shooting the entire concert.

In the yellow box of the picture above, SISTAR’s “Loving U” performance is decorated with special notes that ask the camera crew to film with “emphasis on the hips and butt.”

Other netizens who saw this weren’t too surprised at this discovery:

[+38] Their entire choreography consists of rotating their hips and shaking their butts, so what did they expect?

[+31] It’s not just the broadcast company’s fault. They’re standing there asking to be filmed like that.

[+27] ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Ah, the broadcast industry is dirty indeed.

With this concert run by MBC, it seems to give a little insight into how they run things over there. Though it does make you wonder if it’s the same at other stations for SISTAR or even other girl groups…

if it weren’t for the dance mostly consisting of shaking your hip and butt, i would have thought that there was something wrong with the PD’s thinking

It is pretty perverted when worded like that...but their choreography contributes to it as well. Their choreography focuses so much on bending over, and putting spotlight to their bodies. So it’s not totally MBC’s fault. I remember watching BoA’s Only One perf in music bank and there were shots that showed only her feet, because she did a detailed dance move with her feet. It’s what the dance is about tbh..
