Robots have been doing a lot of jobs for humans, now in China they have designed a robot to cut noodles.
The robot called Chef Cui was produced a while back by Cui Runquan, but with the rising popularity is now being mass produced. You’ll be able to see them through China in various noodle stores.
Maybe you’ll think that they are taking away jobs, but there is less youth that wants to be chef that cuts noodles, because it is an exhausting job. Also the robot costs less than a human, the cost for a robot is $1,500 while a year wage of an employee is about $4,700.
In the video you can see how Chef Cui works:
I feel like this is good, because it costs less and because not many want to do the job. What do you think of the noodle cutting robot?
