The Seoul Supreme Prosecutor’s Office has fined 2PM’s Nichkhun 4 milllion KRW (approximately $3,500 USD) for his drunk driving accident back in July.

The Prosecutor’s Office released a statement on August 30th, stating, “Nichkhun already reached a settlement with the other party. There were no serious injuries, and his blood alcohol level was low, so the case was settled with a summary judgement (settled by a judge with no jury involved). There were no further investigations.”

Since the accident, Nichkhun has taken time off for self-reflection.
