T-ara Will Make Their First Appearance Since The Controversy on September 8th in Jeju

T-ara is ready to make their first official appearance since the controversy and it will be at the “K-pop Nature + Concert for IUCN World Conservation Congress Jeju 2012” on September 8th.

The Director for KBS Hallyu Promoting Corps, Oh Se Young, announced the news on August 30th and commented, “Even though T-ara has had some problems among the members, we thought that the conflicts have been solved recently, and decided to cast the group in a concert. …We considered a lot about T-ara’s appearance. KARA previously had some conflict as well, but they solved it soon and I think T-ara is in the same boat.”

He continued, “T-ara didn’t commit any social crime and that is why we decided to cast the group in the concert.”

BoA and 2AM are also scheduled to appear at the concert at Jeju Island.

Good luck to them. I was angry at first when the controversy came out, but in all honesty they don’t deserve the level of hate and disrespect they have been getting. I’m glad to see them slowly get back on their feet. I don’t know what’s left of their reputation but good luck to them.
