The case has been going since 2009, and on September 18th, the court decided to postpone the verdict indefinitely over the JYJ and SM Entertainment case.

SM Entertainment’s CEO Kim Young Min, SM lawyers and JYJ’s lawyers came together on September 18th at 5PM KST for another heart at the Seoul Central District Court, but were unable to come to an agreement. The court advised both parties to come to an agreement and postponed their verdict indefinitely.

When will this end?  I miss TVXQ as 5-as-1!


I hoep this can finally be over! They should get the chance to go on with their lives! 


This is just SAD....they have done enough damage to JYJ.  They should just let it go at this point.  I would have a better opinion if I knew what both sides were asking for at this point.  This has gone on long enough.  I thought the purpose of the court taking over was so that an agreement could be reached sooner.
